Fractal Cloud is composed of a profusion of intersecting LED strips, which hang from a raw, exposed transformer. Arik Levy’s sculptural chandelier is a piece of astonishing power—a piece characterized by its seeming contradictions. Its unabashed tangle of wires is set against its breathtaking symmetry and consolidation of light, making the chandelier at once harsh and soft, both ominous and inviting.
