Patinated Copper.
An exquisite, rare vase made by forging patinated copper. The patina is made with iron dissolved in nitric acid, applied by fire in several layers, and finished with beeswax. Coexistence I is a contemplation of marriage: each side of the vase is different, possessing their own characteristics -- its interior, soul, body, and gesture. And yet, they match and combine, to form one body that works together.
