Jaimal Odedra’s set of eleven stackable patterns platters have polished tops, textured bottoms. They have the rough asymmetry of clay pottery—an amusing effect that is set in contrast to the lavish material from which they are made. Each is modeled and cast by hand using a traditional Moroccan sand casting method.
