Pair of Tall Art Deco Cabinets

France, circa 1930

LELEU 398

Description

Mahogany, nickeled bronze

Height: 52.5" - Width: 19.75" - Depth: 14.5"

These cabinets share striking details, such as hardware and finish, with a series of pieces specially created by Maison Leleu for the steamship L'Atlantique. These stunning pieces were clearly intended as a pair, since their principle doors (both featuring the signature Leleu lock) open in opposite directions.
