Yngve Blixt got his start producing souvenirs in the 1950s; by the end of his life he was a key member of a collective whose members included some of Sweden's most esteemed ceramists. This piece is one of collection produced in the latter part of Blixt's illustrious career, glazed works speckled like beautiful stones and often as fluid in form as water suspended in midair.
